It has been quite a week!
Despite totally bombing a math test and feeling miserable from time to time,
it’s been good.
We found a house we really loved.
It needs lots of cosmetic work…there’s a lot of wallpaper and awful paint colors.
We’re also gutting the kitchen and both the bathrooms.
YAY.
I’m very excited.
I plan on posting some pictures…eventually.

So, we FINALLY have internet at our apartment, and I have some catching up to do!!
Here’s a résumé of the past, like, month.
Packed up all my stuff, and left Labrador to move to Moncton for college (lots of tears!)…
Got to Moncton, got settled in our apartment, explored, hung out, seen some family. Cut my hand open by accident, got some stitches. Went to the Acadian festival in PEI, enjoyed it!
Some Labrador family came to visit, loved having my God-Daughter here!!
Started college Monday, four hours of math every morning, except Wednesday, when I only have 2 hours of it. Other than two math courses, I’m doing Biology and English by correspondence…Yep! I like the school though, the teachers are cool, there’s not many people on my classes, and all the people that are in my classes seem pretty cool!
Moncton’s really starting to grow on me. It seems like a pretty nice place. Our apartment is also pretty fabulous. I miss my friends and family though…but that’s just part of growing up I guess!
I’m going to enjoy some sun and internet. :)

So, lately, between feeling under the weather, and the weather just flat out sucking, I’ve found myself indulging in media. So, I shall make a list of what shows and music I’ve been loving.
TV: As of today, I’ve been loving Newsroom on HBO. It’s just an all around awesome show that combines seriousness with some comedy and real life events and facts. It makes you think about how things have happened and the way the news is passed on to us. SO CHECK IT OUT!
As always, Myth busters, Criminal Minds, Family guy.
AND THE OLYMPICS…Especially the lovely beach volley ball ladies. Yep.
ONLINE: Sourcefed and Sxephil…I watch these shows pretty much as they become available, I’m a longtime fan, and love the way they deliver me all these different types of news.
OTHER? The Ricky Gervais Show…Anyone who really knows me knows how much I love it. And the Podcasts… Karl Pilkington makes me laugh. Stephen Merchant is awesome, and Ricky is just ridiculous.
